The Company was incorporated on November 1997 in Delhi. The lead Directors are Mr. R R Sharma M. Sc. (Hons), MBA – Director Marketing and Dr. Mamta Sharma Ph. D. (Biotech) – Director Technical Services and Dr. (Col.) Kulwant Sharma, MBBS (AFMC), MD (Med) – Director, I/C Cardiology Division.

The Company sources equipments and devices mostly as private label, from some of the leading manufacturers in the fields of Patient Care, Point of Care, Lab Diagnostics and Cardiology.

The Patient Care Division markets 3 brands of Glucose Monitoring System - GlucoCare Ultima, GlucoCare Sense, SensoLite Nova and RespiCare – a Compressor Nebulizer.

The Point of Care Division markets BIL 100 - Bilirubin Meter (for total Bilirubin testing by capillary method in neonates) – manufactured by COSMO, Korea – the world leaders.

The Lab Diagnostics Division markets BT 260+ - Semi-Auto Analyzer, BT 500+ - ISE Analyzer, BT M1+ - Single Channel Coagulometer, Mini TEK-II – Blood Cell Counter and Urine Analyzers. All the equipments are known for high quality and low running cost.

The Cardiology Division markets External Counter Pulsation (ECP) Device - a unique non-invasive treatment device for CAD/CHF/Angina. ECP treatment is a FDA approved treatment modality with over 500 installations in USA and over 120 in India in over 10 years now, since the year 2000. With over 35 installations in SAARC countries – India, Bangladesh, Pakistan & Sri Lanka, the company has emerged as the second largest ECP supplier in the region, in a short span of 6 years.
